21K School: Streamlining Communication with a Mobile and Web App
21K School is an online formal K-12 educational platform in India, dedicated to providing quality education to all, regardless of their location. The project aimed to address the challenge of haphazard communication between parents and the school, leading to confusion and information gaps. This included issues ranging from basic communication to fee payments, student information management, study kit tracking, understanding school operations, conducting surveys, and managing de-boarding processes. Our task involved designing a mobile app and website to serve as a unified communication channel, ensuring seamless interaction between parents and the school.

The business problem at 21K School stemmed from fragmented communication channels, resulting in inefficiencies and information discrepancies. We focused on designing a mobile and web app to improve and streamline communication between parents and the school along with providing an overall better customer support.

At the heart of the 21K School project lay the pressing need to consolidate communication channels and empower parents with easy access to vital school-related information. Our solution involved crafting a dynamic mobile app and website interface that not only centralized communication but also offered insights into the school's operations and procedures. Employing a vibrant visual design language, we injected elements of gamification to foster engagement among parents, incentivizing their participation in school-related activities and training modules. By meticulously designing an intuitive interface, we ensured that navigating the app and website was effortless for both parents and school administrators, facilitating smoother interactions and eliminating communication bottlenecks.
Our focus was on designing the app into more than just a source of knowledge; we aimed to create an interactive experience by infusing elements of gamification into the learning process. This approach serves to motivate people to engage with the application actively and consistently.
