The Problem
Entering the competitive US baby care market with a distinctive and memorable brand was a significant challenge. While the startup was committed to using only natural and harmless ingredients, they wanted to avoid the overused organic tropes. They needed a name, visual identity, and user experience that could evoke trust, joy, and a sense of connection with parents while being legally secure in terms of domain and trademark.
The Solution and the Outcome
We crafted the name "Happy Twiggs," symbolizing budding babies (twig) and their cheerful disposition (happy). This name resonated with the brand’s values and stood out in the market. The visual language was brought to life with charming hand-drawn illustrations, featuring a lovable koala mascot that appeared across products and touchpoints. A pastel color palette, complemented by subtle animations, created a calming and approachable vibe. For the website and eCommerce platform, we designed an intuitive interface with custom iconography and seamless shopping functionality, ensuring an easy and delightful user experience.
Happy Twiggs launched with a name and brand identity that immediately struck a chord with its target audience. The cohesive design language built trust and emotional connection, positioning the startup as a standout contender in the baby care market. With a strong foundation in place, Happy Twiggs is well-poised for growth and recognition in the industry.
