Designing a Simple, Unified Platform Connecting Blue-Collar Talent and Opportunity
Talbot Force approached us with a clear need: to build a digital platform that connects blue-collar service providers with service seekers in a simple, intuitive way. With no existing system in place, our focus was on designing a mobile-first experience that any user could easily understand and start using without barriers. We ensured complete consistency between the mobile and web apps in terms of design language, user flow, and processes, creating a seamless cross-platform experience. The purple and gold color system was thoughtfully chosen, drawing inspiration from blue-collar communities to convey dignity, trust, and opportunity while giving the brand a distinct and confident identity.
